Marketing Plan

1. Professional Photo Tour

My team will schedule an appointment to take professional photos of your home. This is the first look the buyer will have of your home & we want the pictures to invite them in.

2. Impactful Signage

My professional signs will be placed outside your home. Statistics say that buyers drive by the areas they love most looking & hoping a sign will turn up. It is beneficial for you as the seller to have a professional sign up in your lawn. 

3. Internet

Internet advertising has become the most sought after way of finding a listing you want to see as a buyer. 


All of my listings are available on my website which contains current information that I update regularly with price changes, pictures and sold listings. 


Your property is available to everyone who has access to a computer! The Multiple Listing Service® is one of the best marketing tools available because it is an excellent way to advertise your home to other agents and buyers both locally and across the country.


Realtor.ca is very similar to MLS®, providing detailed information on your property. It is commonly used by prospective buyers who are searching online for their dream home.

4.  Feature Sheet

I will put together a custom designed feature sheet about your home, displaying full colour photos, floorplans (if necessary) and full property features and descriptions. This will be ciruclated during Open Houses and given out to prospective buyers as a take-home piece of advertisting material with the information they need about your property.

5. Open Houses

Open houses are one of the best tools to get the most people viewing your home within a couple hours time. As your time permits, we will schedule open houses for your home. I will personally host your listing’s Open House, until your home is sold. 

6. Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

Facebook, Twitter & Instagram are excellent ways to create awareness of your property, especially to those who are not necessarily looking themselves, but may know someone who is.

7. Staging

I will suggest ways to stage your home to benefit a quicker sale. Discuss with you the feng shui of the home & help you through every step of the way. 

8. Quick Fixes

I will help you obtain contractors to do quick fixes (if needed) on your home to get it ready for sale.
