Many people know me as Nikki Cvitanović, wife, mother and friend. Today, I am excited to introduce myself to you as Nikki Cvitanović, REALTOR®. A little history... In 1999 I joined Windermere Real Estate in N. Seattle as a receptionist.  I quickly moved up the ladder & found that I truly loved the profession.  Since 2000, I have worked for some of the leading REALTOR's® in the industry.  In 2011, I married my husband & moved to Vancouver, B.C. It was then I decided to start my own business.  When I graduated from UBC's Sauder School of Business I wanted to choose my office wisely so I chose RE/MAX Select Realty.  

Why RE/MAX, you might ask? RE/MAX is one of Canada’s largest nationally & internationally accredited Real Estate Companies. I believe in Real Estate education and RE/MAX offers the educational opportunies I wanted to keep me updated on the market trends.  As a bonus, RE/MAX REALTORS® sponsor the Children’s Miracle Network. The Susan G. Komen Foundation & the Canucks (GO CANUCKS!). A portion of my commission goes to our local B.C. Children’s Hospital.

I have been asked many times, “How long have you been in the business?” My quick answer is “since birth.” I am one of three generations of REALTORS® in my family. My grandmother has over 40 years of experience and my mother owns her own brokerage in Las Vegas. My mother is also a National speaker for the National Association of REALTORS® & the founder of the H.O.P.E. Home Foundation. When I was about six my grandma would take me on home tours with her, I was excited because I knew that I would get to open the lockbox for the properties we viewed. My two sons now love it when I take them along with me.  They love to give keys to the new homeowners.  I hope one day they will be the fourth generation.

When not on the clock you will find me dirt bike riding with my family, watching my boys play football, hanging out with friends at local restaurants, planning our next trip to a beach somewhere, or working out at our home gym with the kids. (Lifting heavy weights or Crossfit style workouts).

If you have ever met Ante the first words out of his mouth are usually... "It's Ante, like Dante without the D."  

Ante joined Nikki in Real Estate in 2020, formally owning a construction company for 20 years. His knowledge of buildings & structures brings a whole new level to the team. Ante not only helps our clients through the home ownership process but he is the handman behind the scenes. Ante helps prep your home for sale, takes stellar photos & creates video content for marketing. He is a true jack of all trades.
